Our Company Program offers dancers ages 5–18 the chance to grow technically, artistically, and personally through additional training and the excitement of local and national competition. With options ranging from highly committed to more flexible involvement, we have a path for every dancer and every family. Our focus is on self-discipline, motivation, and personal growth. After auditions in July, dancers are placed where they will thrive, with careful consideration of age, ability, and potential. Competitions are primarily local (Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Chicago area), and the season is thoughtfully structured to support balance, development, and fun. Participation requires a minimum two-day-per-week commitment, with the option to train up to four days for dancers seeking more. Whether you're ready to dive in or want to take a smaller first step, we’re here to guide your dancer’s journey with integrity and excellence.
